Beachside Efficiency

Positive: We had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. After just one night, we woke up to find the bed and entire room full of bugs. It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable. We immediately informed the manager, providing photos and a detailed explanation of the situation. We also made it clear that we could not continue staying in a room with such conditions and would be checking out right away. Despite the urgency of the issue, the hotel’s response was very slow and inadequate. It took over 50 hours—and multiple follow-ups from us as well as intervention through Booking.com—before they finally offered us another room. By that point, it was far too late and did nothing to resolve the situation or the distress it caused. This experience significantly disrupted our vacation and caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. On top of that, we are still waiting for a refund, which only adds to the frustration.

Buen lugar para relajarse Positive: Da la idea de que Es un hotel renovado y les ha quedado muy bonito. La TV es muy grande y la habitación tiene muy buen tamaño. Limpio. A unos pasos de una playa vacía. Negative: Es lejos de Miami (tiendas, restaurantes y del aeropuerto de Miami. El precio es elevado pero si lo usaría de nuevo en temporada baja.
